If you forget your Apple Account password
You use your Apple Account to access the App Store, iTunes Store, Apple Books, iCloud, and other Apple services. You can also use it to manage your Apple Account settings on your Mac.
If you forget your Apple Account password, you can reset it using Apple Account settings on your Mac.
Go to the System Settings app
on your Mac.
Click “Sign in” at the top of the sidebar.
Click Forgot Password, enter your Apple Account email address or phone number, click Continue, then follow the onscreen instructions.

You can also go to the Apple Account website to help you find your Apple Account details.
Go to the Apple Account page, click Sign In, click “Forgot password?” then follow the onscreen instructions.
