The question is this: I have seen online communities over the year, and the amount of foul language is really, but really high. People are really non polite to each others and flame wars are really commong.

How come this community (communites) are so well behaved? I don't see the admins/moderators cleaning the forums, this is just the user well behaving, which is really amazing. Do you have any idea why is this happening only in StackOverflow?
