The Table of Contents right now, is a quick and dirty draft. If you have ideas about the structure of this book, just edit it, or make suggestions, here.
Also the name "Application Development with Harbour" is up for discussion.

- @Raumi75: I am using the Random book button to find out what is available on Wikibooks as of 2024 (this button is in the left-side-bar that is available on every wiki-book page now, but may be gone when the next person happens to see this page).
- I find this book which you wrote in 2010 very confusing because it uses terminology that I am not familiar with, starting right at the very first sentence of Application Development with Harbour:
- "Cross platform application development is a challenging task".
- I assume the book was meant to serve as a primer for computer programmers/developers/coders/... who want to develop applications using a (commercial?) product called Harbor. But what is Cross platform application? Which type of platforms are we talking about? This book is so full of jargon that only people intimate with this 2010 jargon will understand. I wonder what someone will say about it in 2030? Ottawahitech (discuss • contribs) 16:11, 24 January 2024 (UTC)
Hello, my name is Pieter Nobel. I want to write good content for this wikibook. I am not always completely sure whether I use general accepted defintions correctly, but I always will try to make a point.
My goals for this wikibook are:
-Becoming better in Harbour programming. I do this by teaching when I learned something.
-Make this wikibook very practical, combining it with some theoretical concepts.
