Welcome

[edit source]

Welcome to 99 Elm Problems.

My goal is to help programmers learn Elm and functional programming, especially for those making the transition from imperative to functional programming. I hope to make this even more useful and instructive than just a list of exercises by providing more information, tips, links to other resources and curated tracks through the problem set.

Ways to contribute

[edit source]
  • Solve a problem that has not yet been solved.
  • Add to the readers' learning by demonstrating a different approach or feature by adding an alternative solution to a problem that has already been solved.
  • Proofread, check our code and/or verbiage.
  • Make a suggestion to improve this wikibook here in the talk section

I need your help to make this the best tool possible. Please contribute if you can. Your participation is greatly appreciated.

Wiki collaboration

[edit source]

The text on the main page of this book comes across sounding as if this is not a wiki book. That is, the point of a wiki is that anyone can contribute, but this book seems as if it's telling people they aren't allowed to change the book directly.
