Filing a DMCA Complaint
To file a DMCA complaint, please provide the following information in writing to our designated contact through the Cirrus Technologies Support Page:

- Email address
- Physical address (optional)
Identification of the Copyrighted Work:
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- If applicable, include the URL(s) of the specific location(s) on our platform where the material is located.
Statement of Ownership:
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Electronic Signature:
- Your electronic or physical signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act on your behalf.
What Happens Next?
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user responsible for the content that it has been removed or disabled.
- Provide the user with information on how to submit a counter-notification.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by providing the following information to our designated contact through the Cirrus Technologies Support Page:
Identification of the Material:
- A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
Statement of Good Faith:
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

- Full name

- Physical address (optional)
Consent to Jurisdiction:
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in your location if outside of the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.
Electronic Signature:
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Forward a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party.
- Restore the removed material unless the copyright owner files a court action against you within 10 business days.
Repeat Infringers
Cirrus Technologies reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are found to be repeat infringers.
